Each practitioner is an independent professional offering their own services, schedule, and location.

This is a network, not a clinic.

Support here can look different depending on what you need.

Some practitioners offer therapy, some offer bodywork, and some offer somatic or movement-based practices.

From trauma healing to everyday body care to simply wanting to feel more at home in yourself, there is a practitioner here for you.

Not all somatic work is the same.

That is not a criticism. It is a map.

Somatic healing exists on a continuum.
Some practitioners have completed years of specialized nervous system training.
Others integrate body awareness into licensed clinical work.
Others work directly with the body through touch, movement, or breath.

All of it has value.
Knowing the difference helps you find the right fit.
